The gauge on the back is a zero-adjustment for capsule pressure gauge. It's used to set the zero point.
Because all the capsule pressure gauge is generally not filled with oil, its pressure is very, very low. Even a strong breath of air can make the needle move.
It's very easily affected by external factors, so we have to add a zero-adjustment mechanism.
